Abstract:
With United States residential fire statistics as a
guideline, this report briefly focuses on the status of
research in a few select areas. These include floor
coverings, interior wall coverings, and
mattresses/bedding. Only in the case of wall coverings
are there models which come close to adequately
describing real world fire behavior.
