Abstract:
A set of computer tools was developed to assist fire
protection engineers with the analysis of Cone
calorimeter data for modeling. The tools consist of
various MS Excel templates and macros. They can be used
to determine material properties that are needed as
input data for flame spread and fire growth modeling.
This paper describes the physical basis for the
calculations that are performed by the tools.
